Lifetime Warranty
At Always Refinishing, I stand behind my work. When I refinish your bathtub, shower, sink, countertop, or tile surface, my goal is to give you a beautiful, durable finish and a service experience you can feel confident about. I take pride in my workmanship, my communication, and the quality of every project I complete.
As the owner of Always Refinishing, I personally guarantee my workmanship with a lifetime warranty. That means if there is an issue caused by the way the refinishing was applied, I will take care of it. My customers trust me because I believe in doing the job right, being honest, and treating every home with care.

How to Keep Your Refinished Surface Beautiful
A refinished surface can last for many years when it is cared for properly. The best way to protect your finish is to clean it gently and consistently.
Use mild soap, liquid non-abrasive cleaners, soft sponges, microfiber cloths, or soft towels. Rinse the surface after use when possible, and avoid letting soaps, cleaners, chemicals, or standing water sit on the surface for long periods of time. Refinished surfaces should not be cleaned with harsh acids, bleach, abrasive powders, steel wool, rough scrub pads, or aggressive cleaners because these can scratch, dull, discolor, or weaken the finish.
For countertops, always use a cutting board, avoid placing hot pots or pans directly on the surface, and wipe spills as soon as possible. These simple habits help preserve the look and life of the refinished coating.

What the Warranty Covers
This lifetime warranty covers workmanship-related issues from the refinishing process, including peeling, lifting, or failure of the finish due to application error.
If you ever have a concern, please contact me directly. I will review the issue and determine the best way to make it right.
*To keep your lifetime warranty valid, the surface must be cared for properly using gentle, non-abrasive cleaning methods. Damage caused by bleach, harsh chemicals, scrubbers, abrasive cleaners, neglect, or misuse is not considered a workmanship issue.
